How to use this site

To View catalogues:

1. Go to catalogue page on menu bar
2. Click on a catalogue site,
3. Follow the prompts on each site
4. Choose the category and browse the trophies
5. Click the back arrow to return to my website.

To View Prices:

1. Go to price list page on menu bar
2. click on your chosen corresponding catalogues price list.
3. Print

Note: Every catalogue has a corresponding price list the categories and sports most common to my business are posted.  Some corporate awards and trophies are price on application, if you require a price on any  trophy please contact me by phone or email.

To Place an Order you will need to:

Print out or fill in an order form from the price list page,  and either fax or email it to me.

All orders are acknowledged within 24 hours, if you have not received confirmation please check that it was sent.

NOTE: Neck ribbons for medals are not included in the medal price and are a separate cost and can be supplied in most club or school colours please specify the colours required. There are  single colours, bi and tri  colours available (see catalogue).

ALSO NOTE: Please take care to order the correct quantities required when placing the order.  Ordering 1-2 extra trophies will incur an extra freight fee to be charged. 

Engraving:

 Engraving is included FREE of charge on general trophies and medals purchased.

The exact engraving information for the trophies needs to be supplied and where names are included the proof reading of correct spelling  is on the purchaser.

Some Speciality trophies, Glass, Crystal and One Off items may incur set up fees and some engraving costs, price on application.

 Delivery

Trophies will be ready within 14-21 days depending on the size of the order.  Where pick-up is not an option, freight fees will be charged.

Payment

New customers will be required to make payment before delivery or in some cases a deposit will be required. Payment methods: cash, Electronic Funds Transfer (direct deposit) or cheque (when the cheque has been cleared trophies will be dispatched).
